2018 Half Way Update

Wow, the market remains a sellers market in the Mid Michigan area! Listings are still very limited and new listings that are priced well are seeing immediate offers and in some cases multiple offers. Lower foreclosed inventory is some of the leading factor to the shrunken inventory. This market is leading to raising values which is good for the sellers. Some deals can still been seen on some of the older inventory, but generally inventory values are raising.
